We want you to love your Bytecubic pieces from Vibemartini Tropical Print Knotted Long Dress. If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return window

Start your return within 15 days of the delivery date. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached when applicable.

How to return

1. Email us with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3. Ship the package using the method we provide or approve.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges from the original order are generally non-refundable unless we made an error.
